Rafael Hernandez is a law student at American University Washington College of Law, expected to graduate with a Doctor of Law (JD) in May 2024. Experience includes serving as a Student Attorney at the WCL Entrepreneurship Clinic and as a Senior Staffer for the American University Business Law Review. Previous roles include a Summer Associate position at Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black, a Law Clerk at Barlow and Thomas, P.C., and a Legal Intern at Butler Hodge Moss, P.L.C. Additionally, Rafael worked as an AV Technician Support at International Development and Resources Inc. and held a part-time position as a Meat Clerk at The Fresh Market during undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, where Rafael earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology in December 2019.
