Singrit Hill Grigsby is an experienced professional in institutional market operations, currently serving as Director of Institutional Market Operations at OneAmerica since January 2017. In this role, Singrit provides strategic direction for the growth and development of operations supporting OneAmerica's Pension Risk Transfer and Defined Benefit business, overseeing the Defined Benefits Administration team and Disbursement department. Previously, Singrit held positions including Manager of Defined Benefits Administration at OneAmerica, where management of over 200 Defined Benefit plans and process improvement initiatives were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations and Board of Trustees Member at the Central Pension Fund of the IUOE, as well as Assistant Director of Operations and Application Development Supervisor at Central Pension Fund. Singrit holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Technology Leadership, both from the University of Virginia.
