Maria Almond is an experienced professional in the fields of onboarding, technical training, and learning and development. Currently serving as Onboarding Experience Manager and Technical Training Manager at OneAmerica since 2019, Maria also holds the position of Learning and Development Specialist II at One America Financial Partners since February 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Trainer at American Funds from 2004 to 2018 and as a Q.A. Analyst at BMG Columbia House from June 1993 to January 2004.
