Shelby Jennings, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Payroll at American Tower, where responsibilities include overseeing payroll operations for over 2,500 employees internationally and developing global payroll strategies. With a career spanning over a decade in payroll management, Shelby has held various positions at American Tower, including Senior Payroll Manager, Payroll Manager, Payroll Operations Supervisor, Payroll System Analyst, Payroll Specialist, and Payroll Coordinator. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Adjustment Specialist at Paychex, managing manual adjustments and client invoicing. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Gannon University and completed an educational program at College Internation de Cannes.
