Mitchell Osborne is a Program Engineer at American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI), providing support to the Office of Naval Research through technical studies and analysis since April 2022. With a military career that began in June 2012, Mitchell has served in various roles within the US Navy Reserve, including Lieutenant and Ensign. Prior experience includes positions as Specialized Engineer T2 in Marine Engineering at CACI International Inc., where significant projects involved T-AGOS 23 design integration and US Navy hospital ship modifications. Earlier roles included Naval Marine Engineer at CSRA Inc., and Second and Third Assistant Engineer with Military Sealift Command, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance of propulsion systems and oversight of hazardous material operations. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
