Bill Hoover has extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since September 2014, after previously holding the position of President & CEO from June 2005 to July 2014. Prior to this, Bill served as President & COO at Dynamics Research Corporation and held several executive positions, including President & CEO at Aquiline Partners and FutureNext Consulting. Bill also has a background in operations, having worked as SVP, Operations for Oracle Service Industries and Executive VP, Operations at BDM International. Bill's entrepreneurial experience includes owning and operating WCH Enterprises. Bill Hoover holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
