Bob Selz has extensive experience in corporate planning and engineering within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as SVP of Corporate Planning and Engineering at American Sugar Refining, Inc., Bob previously held the position of VP of Strategic Capital Engineering at Schwan's Company from 2019 to 2024. Before that, Bob was the Sr. Director of Operations Strategy for Global Snacks at PepsiCo and served as the Director of Foodservice Operations at Tyson Foods. Further experience includes a decade at Kraft Foods where Bob was the Director of Commercial Strategy focusing on Integrated Work Systems, Engineering, R&D, and Quality. Bob began their career at General Mills - Pillsbury in various engineering roles. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is trained in the Proctor & Gamble model of Lean 6-Sigma and Integrated Work Systems.
