Patrick McGinn, MBA, CAE has a diverse work experience history, starting from their role as a Sales Representative at the Philadelphia Phillies in 1998. Patrick then moved on to roles such as Marketing Coordinator at MEDecision from 2000 to 2002 and Marketing Specialist at AmerisourceBergen from 2002 to 2004. Patrick progressed to become the Manager of Programs & Services at AmerisourceBergen from 2004 to 2008. Patrick then transitioned to roles at the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI), where they served as Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Membership, and Customer Service, Senior Director of Marketing and Membership, and ultimately Vice President of Marketing, Membership, and IT from 2017 to 2022. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Institute Director of Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute (UESI) at the American Society of Civil Engineers in 2023.

Patrick McGinn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University. Patrick also earned a Certificate in Strategic Marketing from Saint Joseph's University in 2011. In 2023, they will complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Patrick McGinn obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in 2019.
