Roseanne Fischoff has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Roseanne served as the Center for Perioperative Medicine Executive Director at the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) where they were responsible for program development, management, and execution. Roseanne also built connections and opportunities to address the needs of perioperative medicine stakeholders and ensured that ASA was recognized as a leading authority in perioperative medicine.

At ASA, Roseanne also held the role of Practice Innovation and Implementation Executive, where they developed and implemented systems, policies, and procedures to advance the practice innovation and implementation agenda. Roseanne advocated for various initiatives including the perioperative surgical home (PSH) and anesthesia patient safety & education. Additionally, they served as a liaison between ASA and external stakeholders and prepared status reports.

Prior to their time at ASA, Roseanne worked as the Director of Science, Quality & Practice at the American Academy of Dermatology. At the American Medical Association, they held multiple roles including Senior Policy Associate, Policy Associate, and Senior Policy Analyst. In these roles, they managed the AMA/Specialty Society/RVS Update Committee (RUC) recommendation process, provided senior staff support for subcommittees, and authored publications on Medicare payment policies.

Roseanne Fischoff completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, attending from 1995 to 1999. Roseanne then pursued their Master of Public Policy with a focus on Health Policy at the University of Chicago from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Chicago during the same time period.
