Dr. Philip M. Nufrio has extensive experience in public administration, serving as a board member for the SHHSA and SPOD sections of the American Society for Public Administration since March 2009, including a term as Past Section Chair for SHHSA. Dr. Nufrio has been a Professor of Public Affairs/Administration at the Metropolitan College of New York since September 2003, previously holding a professorship from 2003 to 2009. Additionally, Dr. Nufrio served as the Past Northern NJ Chapter President for the American Society for Public Administration from September 1999 to September 2000. Dr. Nufrio's educational background includes a Doctorate and Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Administration from Rutgers University, a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Leadership/Change from Syracuse University, and a Master's degree in Public Policy/Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
