Melissa Lord, MBA, CAE, currently serves as the Manager of Accreditation & Meeting Services and the Manager of Affiliated Organizations at the American Society for Clinical Pathology since May 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Operations at the American Pathology Foundation from June 2006 to May 2018, and various positions in event management and coordination, including Banquet Manager at The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa, and Events Coordinator at Bolton Valley. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Champlain College and a Professional Certificate in Health Care Leadership from the University of Vermont, alongside a BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Recreation Management from the University of Vermont.
