Samantha Simison has over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, specializing in Occupational Therapy. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at American Senior Communities since January 2012, Samantha's background includes roles as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and Rehab Services Manager, where responsibilities included patient care, therapeutic interventions, and departmental supervision. Prior experience at naviHealth and HealthPRO/Heritage provided expertise in coordinating support operations and direct patient treatment. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Rehabilitation Services from Western New Mexico University and an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from Brown Mackie College-Indianapolis.
