Anne Sarafin is an accomplished elementary educator with extensive experience in international schools. Currently serving at the American School of Doha since August 2016, Anne previously taught as a First Grade PYP Teacher at Fukuoka International School from August 2014 to June 2016 and worked at the American International School of Egypt in roles spanning Kindergarten I to Third Grade between August 2011 and June 2014. Anne holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership and a PreK-12 Principal License, as well as a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, and Literacy, both from the University of Northern Iowa.
