Rhonda Lander, SHRM - SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Rhonda is currently the Director of Human Resources at American Rock Salt Company LLC. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Simcona Manufacturing and O-AT-KA Milk Products Cooperative, Inc. Rhonda also served as the Interim Co-Executive Director and Director of Human Resources & Assistant Executive Director at Campus Auxiliary Services, where they were responsible for creating HR department infrastructure and developing talent strategies. Before that, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Five Star Bank, where they led various HR initiatives. Rhonda also served as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Coopervision and the Manager of Human Resources at The Home Depot. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Rochester Housing Authority and as a Manager of Human Resources at AMETEK POWER INSTRUMENTS. Rhonda started their career as a Human Resources Representative at Paychex.

Rhonda Lander, SHRM - SCP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University in 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2022. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in August 2023.
