Haim Gabay is an experienced professional in program management and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Program Management at the American Retirement Association since January 2019. Previous roles include Program Manager and Instructional Designer at the same organization, as well as an Instructional Designer at the American Nurses Association, where expertise in rapid e-Learning development and various software tools was demonstrated. Haim's background also includes work as a temporary Instructional Designer at Verizon Wireless, focusing on customer experience and support, as well as co-owning Wrap2Go, LLC, where responsibilities included kitchen management and staff training. Haim started a career in education at the Yeshiva of Greater Washington, providing tutoring and teaching math to high school students. Haim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
