Alicia Hartz currently serves as the Assistant Director for Institutional Events and Partnerships at the American Repertory Theater, where Alicia manages a range of donor engagement events each season. Previously, Alicia held the role of Development Coordinator, providing support for grant applications and donor communications. Alicia has extensive experience across various roles, including Executive Assistant, Voice Over Artist, and Management and Programming Coordinator at Commonwealth Shakespeare Company.
