Jessica Minshull currently serves as Director of R2T4 & Research Reconciliation at American Public Education, Inc. since January 2023. Having extensive experience in financial aid services, Jessica has held multiple key roles at American Public University System from March 2012, including Director of Financial Aid Services and Senior Manager of the Financial Aid Support Team. Prior to these positions, Jessica worked at Global Financial Aid Services, Inc. from April 2009 to March 2012, contributing as Team Supervisor, Subject Matter Expert for Awards and R2T4s, and File Review Specialist. Jessica Minshull holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of South Alabama.
