Stacie Tiongson currently serves as the Senior Director of Government Affairs at the American Public Transportation Association, a role held since November 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing advocacy campaigns and legislative activities for a 1500-member trade association focused on public transportation and rail issues. Prior to APTA, Stacie was the Executive Director of Academic Affairs at The Graduate Center, CUNY, and held various positions including Assistant to the Deputy General Counsel at the Department of the Navy, Of Counsel at Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell, and Deputy Chief Counsel at the U.S. House of Representatives, Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. Stacie began a legal career as an Attorney Advisor at the FAA and had prior experience as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Stacie holds a Doctor of Law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Marymount University.
