Joe Niegoski has over four decades of experience in the field of education and consultancy, currently serving as Director of Educational Services at the American Public Transportation Association since 2002. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Principal at Joseph W. Niegoski Consultancy from 2000 to 2002 and worked as a Senior Principal at American Management Systems from 1980 to 2000. Joe Niegoski holds a Master of Science in French Linguistics from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in French from St. Lawrence University.
