Jeff C. currently serves as the Lead Facilitator at REAL Transformation Today and the Learning and Development Manager at American Public Media Group; Minnesota Public Radio, both since 2021. In addition, Jeff C. has held the role of Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Boost Consulting, LLC since July 2018, and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas since 2005, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in interpersonal, leadership, and organizational communication. Prior to these positions, Jeff C. was the Chief Learning Officer for Organizational Development at the State of Minnesota from 2015 to 2018, the Director of Organizational and Talent Development at Prime Therapeutics from 2012 to 2015, and the Organizational Development Manager at Digital River from 2005 to 2012. Jeff C. holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
