Troy Clymer is the Chief Executive Officer at BALANCE since April 2013, providing strategic and tactical leadership across various operational areas for both BALANCE, LLC and its parent company, Solar Integrated Roofing Corporation. In addition to this role, Troy serves as a Board Advisor for the American Policyholder Association, advocating for integrity in the property loss adjustment sector. Previous positions include President and Chief Operating Officer at Solar Integrated Roofing Corp., and President of The Catalyst Group. Troy's extensive background in sales and business development encompasses roles at FireCloud, Nexxt, Inc., Ataway, eQuest, Monster Worldwide, and Ricoh USA, contributing to expertise in operations, sales strategies, and team management. Troy holds a B.S. with honors in Psychology and Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
