Jim Waters has extensive experience in leadership and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at American Plastics, GRABBER® Construction Products, and an Advisory Board Member at Acme Manufacturing Company Inc., Jim held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Contech Engineered Solutions for a brief period. Previously, Jim was the Chief Executive Officer, EVP and COO, and Chief Financial Officer at The Hillman Group, contributing to the company's growth from 1999 to 2015. Early career roles include VP Finance at Curtis Industries and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Jim Waters earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University between 1980 and 1984.
