Joann Anderson is an experienced loan officer with a strong background in mortgage lending, currently serving at American Pacific Mortgage since January 2025. Prior to this role, Joann held positions as a mortgage loan originator at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, and as a mortgage loan officer at Diversified Capital Funding and American Family Funding. Joann's extensive experience in the mortgage industry also includes a significant tenure as Regional Sales Leader for the Bay Area/Northern California at American Pacific Mortgage, where responsibilities included branch development, marketing support, and sales training. Early in Joann's career, an account executive role at CMG was held from 2004 to 2009.
