Sharde Duenas possesses extensive experience in the field of ophthalmic and optometric services, currently serving as an Ophthalmic Technician at SightRite Eye Care Services since July 2022, and as a Certified Paraoptometric Technician with the American Optometric Association since November 2010. Duenas has held multiple roles including Ophthalmic Technician at the Air Force Health Professions since April 2004, Optometry Clinic Manager at Kutryb Eye Institute from August 2019 to January 2021, and Ophthalmology Technician at the University of Central Florida - College of Medicine from January 2018 to July 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a METC Ophthalmic Instructor at the Defense Health Agency and working at Malcolm Grow Medical Center in both ophthalmology and audiology. Duenas holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree as an Ophthalmic Technician/Technologist from the Community College of the Air Force, completed between 2012 and 2014.
