Ann Manikas is an accomplished leader in organizational development and human resources with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Organization Development and Learning at the American Medical Association since May 2016, Ann leads initiatives to embed equity in workforce practices. Prior roles include Vice-President of Human Resources at United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, where Ann managed comprehensive HR programs, and leadership positions at ITW, WM. Wrigley Jr. Company, PepsiCo, and Towers Perrin, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and change leadership. Ann holds an MBA in Strategy and Organizational Behavior from Yale School of Management and a BA in French and Film Studies from the University of Michigan.
