Nia Fields has extensive experience in the customer support and massage therapy fields, currently serving as a Senior Support Specialist at the American Massage Therapy Association since September 2012. Previous roles at the same organization include Support Services Specialist and positions within the call center and support services. Prior to this, Nia worked at Cortiva Institute from December 2004 to August 2012 as a Front Desk Supervisor, focusing on customer service and supporting staff and students. Nia holds a certification in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, which was completed between 2002 and 2003, and a high school diploma from Roger C. Sullivan High School, earned in 2000.
