Paula Moesch, CAM, is an experienced property manager with a robust background in real estate management. Currently serving as Property Manager at American Landmark Apartments since April 2019, Paula has held similar roles at JRK Property Holdings and various organizations, overseeing properties of diverse sizes and complexities. Previous experience includes serving as a Real Estate Broker at Savvy Solutions Real Estate and holding positions at Weichert, Realtors - Savvy Solutions, Blue Ridge Companies, and others, managing communities ranging from 144 to 384 units. With a Real Estate Broker's License obtained in 2014, Paula has developed expertise in managing operations, budget reviews, and enhancing leasing performance throughout a career spanning nearly two decades.
