Melissa Woodard is an experienced professional with a background in property management and operations support. Currently serving as an Operations Support System Specialist at American Landmark Apartments since May 2020, Melissa manages and monitors service request queues for RealPage products. Previously, at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, Melissa held roles as a RealPage Systems Specialist and Assistant Property Manager, providing tier 1 & 2 support for over 450 users and managing 1,067 tenant accounts, among other responsibilities. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Property Manager at Copper Beech Townhome Communities, and Assistant Manager at The Links at Columbia, where Melissa honed management and operational skills.
