David Tepperman started their work experience in the year 2000 as a Senior Consultant - Finance at KPMG. David then moved on to become a Partner at PB&C Advisory from the year 2002 to 2005. After that, they worked as a Senior Investment Officer at New York State Common Retirement (Pension) Fund from 2006 to 2014, where they evaluated various investments and completed multiple workouts. From 2014 onwards, they worked as a Managing Director at Evercore. Currently, they hold the role of Global Head-Capital Markets at American Landmark Apartments, where they are responsible for capital generation, fund and partnership strategic formation, and serves on the Investment Committee.

David Tepperman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. David also earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Financial Asset Management and Engineering from the Swiss Finance Institute.
