Allen McIntyre is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Acquisition & Development at American Land and Lakes, LLC since August 2021. Prior to this role, Allen was a Land Acquisition Manager at Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc., where land acquisition efforts resulted in the underwriting and acquisition of significant properties. Allen's earlier experience includes roles as a Corporate Credit Analyst at Raymond James Bank, where oversight of a $700 million portfolio was maintained, and as a Credit Analyst at Volvo Financial Services, following participation in a development program. Allen's career commenced as a Relationship Banker at BB&T, providing banking services in both English and Spanish. Allen holds a Master of Arts in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida.
