Ori Carmi-Shachar is a Program Manager at JDC (The Joint) for the National Skills Project since June 2021. Prior to this role, Ori held various positions at Tevet-JDC Israel, including Training and Development of Employers Relations and Training Manager for employment programs aimed at the Orthodox Jewish community from 2014 to 2021, and Employers Relations and Professional Manager from 2009 to 2014, focusing on the MAFTEACH project. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Account Manager at Machnai Weiss and Partners, specializing in global executive search and business coaching, and as Account Manager in the Executive Department at Jobinfo, where responsibilities involved recruiting for the hi-tech sector. Additional roles included Project Manager in C-nario's Marketing Department and Interviewer at Atudot Executive Search, along with an instructor position in the IDF Psychotechnic Unit. Ori holds a BA in Sociology from Tel Aviv University and is currently an MA student in the same field.
