Huihan Gao started working as a Data Analyst Intern at the Bureau of Statistics in July 2015. They held this position until September 2015. In April 2019, Huihan began working as a Research Analyst at the American Institutes for Research, where they are currently employed.

Huihan Gao received a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in statistics from The George Washington University, where they attended from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Huihan Gao earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
