Emily Weinberg

Emily Weinberg has over 18 years of work experience in the field of education research. Emily began their career as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research in 2002, where they worked on the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study. In this role, they assisted with study design, analyzed data, and contributed to reports and conferences.

In 2005, Emily became a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Center for Children and Families, Columbia University. Here, they continued their research work and supported various projects.

From 2006 to 2011, Emily joined Berkeley Policy Associates as a Senior Research Analyst. In this position, they managed a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data collection activities. Emily conducted site visits, prepared data files, wrote reports, and trained staff. Emily also played a key role in proposal writing and project budget management.

Since 2011, Emily has been back at the American Institutes for Research, initially as a Researcher and currently as a Senior Researcher. Emily'sresponsibilities include evaluating educational programs and policies, project management, participant recruitment, report writing, and data analysis.

Overall, Emily has developed strong skills in research, data analysis, project management, and report writing throughout their extensive work experience.

Emily Weinberg attended UC San Diego from 1997 to 2001, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development. Emily later pursued their Master of Arts degree in Developmental Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University from 2005 to 2006.
