Daniel Zaas

Daniel Zaas has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Daniel is currently working as a Researcher at the American Institutes for Research since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Research Analyst at IMPAQ International from January 2020 to March 2022, and as a Research Analyst from June 2018 to January 2020. In 2018, they also worked as a Consultant at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) for a short period. Before that, they held the position of Research Assistant at the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development, and Education (gui2de) from September 2017 to June 2018. Additionally, they had a summer internship at the same organization in 2017, where they worked as a Summer Intern. Prior to that, they served as an AmeriCorps VISTA-Male Engagement at Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault from February 2015 to February 2016. Daniel began their professional journey as an NCCC-FEMA Corps Member at AmeriCorps from February 2014 to December 2014. Their earlier roles include Ohio Union Production at The Ohio State University from September 2012 to December 2013, and Photographer at Ohio Dominican University from September 2011 to March 2012.

Daniel Zaas obtained their Master's Degree in International Development Policy from Georgetown University, from the years 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development Studies at The Ohio State University, graduating in 2013. Daniel then pursued studies in International Relations and Affairs at Stellenbosch University starting in 2013. Additionally, in June 2012, Daniel obtained certification in HIV/AIDS Education. The institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
