Slyving Bourdeau LCSW, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and social work. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at American In-Home Care, LLC since September 2013, Slyving is responsible for developing market-specific strategies, delivering presentations to key stakeholders, and maintaining the sales team through recruitment and training. Previously, Slyving worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative, focusing on strategic business plans for the Senior Living, IDNs, and Hospital markets. Earlier experience includes a role in Social Work Care Management at Florida Hospital, where Slyving ensured that patient care needs were met effectively. Slyving holds an MBA and a Master's Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Kentucky State University.
