Dayna Stover's work experience includes positions at American House Senior Living Communities as a Customer Relations Director, Trilogy Health Services, LLC as a Life Enrichment Associate, Customer Service Specialist, and Healthcare Administrator Intern, CarePatrol Franchise Systems, LLC as an Administrative Assistant and Social Media Specialist, and Main Street Grill and Tavern as a Server.

Dayna Stover pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with completing an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Liberal Studies from Oakland Community College. This period of their educational journey lasted from 2007 to 2014. Following their Associate's degree, Dayna then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Michigan University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
