Dr. Samira Hassan is a Family Consultant at American Hospital Dubai since May 2023 and a Private Telemedicine GP at Doctor Care Anywhere since August 2022. Previously, Dr. Hassan served as an Urgent Care Physician at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust from November 2022 to June 2023 and worked as a General Practitioner at NHS Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group from August 2018 to June 2023. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Hassan contributed as a Media Doctor for ITV News and BBC News, sharing insights on vaccination initiatives and the impact of the pandemic on healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Cardiff University, a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice from the Royal College of General Practitioners, and a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health.
