Suzanne Bartlett has extensive experience in fundraising and organizational leadership, currently serving as Associate Executive Vice President and Affiliate Development Officer at the American Heart Association since June 2005. In this role, Suzanne creates development plans aimed at achieving a $20 million fundraising goal through individual giving, cause marketing, and sponsorships, while managing a team across multiple states. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Field Operations, Suzanne led seven teams to raise $5 million annually and developed cultivation strategies for donor engagement. Earlier career experience includes the role of Executive Director, where a strategic plan was implemented to raise $1.5 million for programs and research. Before joining the American Heart Association, Suzanne worked as Campaign Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from June 2000 to June 2005. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Whitworth University.
