Kellie M. Lange, MBA, serves as a Board Member for the Colorado Go Red for Women Campaign at the American Heart Association, focusing on women's health advocacy and fundraising. At DaVita Kidney Care, Kellie heads Diversity & Belonging and Talent Management, overseeing talent operations and leading a redesign of talent assessment and development processes. Kellie's career progressed through various roles, including Manager of Physician Experience Innovation and Senior Analyst of Operations Innovation, where strategic initiatives improved patient care and operational efficiency. Kellie's experience also includes serving on the Board of Trustees for Wonderbound and participating in advocacy for gender equity on corporate boards with Denver Women on Boards 2020. Kellie holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Colorado Denver.
