Cora Lo has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in corporate and securities matters. Cora began their career as an Associate at Cutler Law Group, where they represented domestic and international companies in various corporate and securities legal matters. Cora later served as the General Counsel for I/OMagic Corporation, a publicly-traded provider of optical data storage products. Following this, Cora worked as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel at Grubb and Ellis, a commercial real estate services company. Cora then joined Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II, Inc. as the Corporate Secretary, overseeing corporate and securities matters. After the merger of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II, Inc. with NorthStar Realty Finance Corp., Cora joined American Healthcare Investors, LLC as the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Cora played a vital role in the acquisition and management of healthcare-related real estate. Cora continued their legal journey at Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III, Inc. as the Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Cora was responsible for the company's diverse portfolio of real estate properties. Most recently, Cora held the position of Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at American Healthcare REIT, where they served until the present.

Cora Lo completed their education by earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Boston University School of Law from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from UCLA during the period 1992 to 1996.
