Simone Fassina, MBA, currently serves as System Marketing Manager, Candidate Marketing Manager, and Marketing Analyst at American Health Staffing Group since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Track And Field Graduate Assistant Coach at the University of Central Oklahoma, where responsibilities involved advising and leading athletes, and managing budgets, facilities, and equipment from January 2021 to May 2022. As Track and Field Manager at Kansas State University from August to December 2020, Simone contributed to the program's success. Additionally, a stint as Food Safety Consultant at Safely Delicious involved the development of a Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls plan and the identification of compliance hazards. Earlier experience with PepsiCo as a Product Development Fellow involved developing new products and conducting market and competitor analyses. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Kansas State University.
