Erik Safstrom is an experienced freight broker at American Group, LLC since February 2021. Prior to this role, Erik held various managerial positions at Vynapse dba Pack n'Ship Direct from January 2014 to December 2020, including Center Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, Account Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative. Erik began their career with internships at Chalk Hill Estate Winery and Broken Earth Winery, focusing on harvest operations between 2011 and 2013. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2013, and graduated from Chaparral High School in 2008.
