Additionally, Erstad operates a consulting firm providing expertise in program management and philanthropic impact strategy. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Economics and Sociology of Population and Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
