Michelle Peters CHHC, AADP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fundraising and strategic planning. Currently serving as Area Director for the Connecticut Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention since August 2017, Michelle has successfully led initiatives that resulted in significant fundraising achievements. Previous roles include Account Manager for CT Blood Services at the American Red Cross, Director of Corporate Relations at Special Olympics Connecticut, and Director of Sales and Marketing at PGA TOUR - TPC River Highlands, where Michelle received multiple awards for sales excellence. With a background in event management and a degree in English Literature from Skidmore College, Michelle is also a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
