Ebony Ramos is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager and previously as the Talent Acquisition Manager at the American Forest Foundation since July 2022, Ebony has extensive expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with AA/EEO standards. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at HEI Hotels & Resorts from March 2018 to August 2022 and at Davidson Hotels & Resorts from June 2007 to March 2018. Ebony's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
