William Aguilar, CCM, has extensive experience in call center management and operations, currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at American First Credit Union since July 2017. Prior roles include Call Center Supervisor at LA Care Health Plan and Inland Empire Health Plan from 2011 to 2017, and Branch Manager at Chaffey Federal Credit Union from June 2010 to September 2011. William's career in the financial and healthcare sectors began in May 1999 at Alta Vista Credit Union as a Call Center Supervisor/Executive. William obtained a diploma in General Studies from Sierra High School, graduating in 1997.
