Previously, Ryan served as the Fire Sprinkler Design Manager at Joiner Fire Sprinkler from August 1999 to May 2013, overseeing the design department, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to production schedules. Ryan's early career included roles as a designer, where responsibilities included the creation of new automatic sprinkler systems and the remodeling of existing systems. Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Wallace State Community College, earned between 2010 and 2011, and completed high school education at Hanceville High School from 1993 to 1997.
