Morgan Turner has extensive experience in customer engagement, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at American Fidelity since September 2016, with a progression of roles including Customer Engagement Manager, Supervisor, and Administrator. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Service Advocate at Immediate Care of Oklahoma from July 2015 to September 2016. Morgan is advancing education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Oklahoma City University, expected to complete in March 2025, and previously earned a Master's of Science in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in 2016, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2015.
