Maddie Dvorak currently serves as the Assistant Director of Member Engagement at the American Farm Bureau Federation, with prior experience as a Development Fellow at Agriculture Future of America, where significant contributions included securing over $70,000 for nonprofit programming. Dvorak has also facilitated leadership series for the National FFA Organization and acted as a Student Ambassador for various agricultural organizations while managing projects that enhanced online learning resources at the University of Florida. Dvorak holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics and is pursuing a Master of Science in Agricultural Education and Communication at the University of Florida. Leadership experience is further demonstrated through involvement with the Florida FFA Association as Area IV State Vice President.
