Ryan Lehman is a seasoned real estate development professional with extensive experience in affordable housing initiatives. Since July 2019, Ryan has served as the Senior Director of Real Estate Development at American Family Housing, Inc. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Project Manager at A Community of Friends from June 2015 to July 2019, and operated a firm specializing in Real Estate Development and Placemaking from September 2010 to October 2015. Earlier in Ryan’s career, consultancy roles at Abode Communities, CRA/LA, and Livable Places showcased expertise in project management, negotiation, and advocacy for affordable housing. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Art from Goshen College.
